The journal implements an Open Access policy, considering the free dissemination of scientific results and the open exchange of knowledge as a necessary condition for the development of science and society.

All publications are placed in open access without time limits and without charging a fee immediately after the publication of the corresponding issue, which complies with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). Users have the right to freely familiarize themselves with the materials, download, copy and distribute them for educational and scientific purposes, provided that the authorship and bibliographic data of the source are indicated.
