The editor immediately takes the necessary measures in case of receiving ethical complaints regarding a submitted manuscript or an already published article.
Procedure for considering complaints regarding violations of academic integrity and ethics
The journal adheres to high standards of quality of scientific publications and considers all reports of possible violations of academic integrity and publication ethics (fabrication or falsification of data, plagiarism, unauthorized authorship, etc.) in accordance with the COPE principles.
Authors and co-authors bear full responsibility for compliance with the principles of academic integrity and publication ethics.
Filing a complaint
A complaint regarding a possible violation of the principles of academic integrity should be submitted to the editorial office of the journal at:

The complaint must be clearly formulated, contain specific facts and, if possible, documentary evidence of the violation.
Terms of consideration of the complaint:
Confirmation of receipt of the complaint is provided within 10 working days;
Investigation of the circumstances of the case is carried out within 60 working days.
The person in respect of whom the issue of possible non-compliance with the principles of academic integrity has been raised has the right to familiarize himself with the inspection materials and submit comments to them; personally or through a representative to provide oral and/or written explanations or refuse to provide them; participate in the consideration of evidence; be informed of the date, time and place of consideration of the case and be present when the decision is made; appeal the decision to hold the student academically liable to the authorized body or to the court in accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "On Education".
In case of confirmation of a violation of the principles of academic integrity, the editorial board may apply the following measures: rejection of the manuscript; withdrawal (retraction) of the published article; publication of an official notice with a description of the established violation; informing the institution where the authors work and the relevant competent authorities; restriction of the right to submit materials to the journal for a certain period.
The applicant and authors are informed about the results of the complaint review (if a violation is established).
